A Yes,surely. At the beginning of the mould project,we will give a detailed Mould-building Schedule to customer,after that,we will send Weekly Report and Digital Photos that show the progress of the work.

Q How can I get after-Sales Service from Melee Mould?
A After we have delivered molds to our clients, our after-sales service department will track and make a survey of mold performance.We make mold strictly in accordance with the standards in the prints. Mold data and project information are well recorded and filed, which greatly guarantees our future track and after-sales service. In case some problems happen to the molds, we will try our best to assist our clients to solve them as soon as possible.

Q How did you pack up and ship the mould?
A When the mould have been finalized, rust resistant ointment will be paint onto the surfaces, pack the mould with wooden case. All the necessary accessories and CD with important information will be provided according to the Pack List confirmed by our customer.

Q How will you send out samples to us?
A By DHL or UPS or FedEx or TNT or other Express Services.Normally, the quotation we submit to you includes the cost of sample delivery for T1 samples.And we follow customer's instructions to send out samples to its consignee.

Q How to build an injection mould?
A The project flow chart as below. It varies a little depending on product size and complexity of its shape.Generally,a middle size moulds are built in 30-35 days lead time.

A Yes, we have provided diversity moulds like home application for Prototype in several weeks,and Power tool for Overmould.

Q What kinds of Payment Conditions do you accept?
A 50% T/T in advance, 50% T/T balance when confirmed the samples & upon shipment .
