Injection mold making and mould maintenance instructions


Ⅰ. make the mold number


1. The number of the mould must be machined with a milling machine above the outer end face of the blank (square iron) with a word height of 40mm and a depth of 0.5mm. The font is isoline.


2. The number of the mold must be marked with a code on each template, and the direction is uniform.


3. All the screws, ring holes, and mold parts of the mold must be in metric specifications. The accessories for the processing molds must be of a standard specification and must not be made by ourselves.


Ⅱ. die position


1, each set of molds are in the B plate (moving template) on the four corners of the milling die position for FIT mold and repair mold.


Ⅲ. the code mold pit


1. Non-I-shaped die need to mill the die groove in the front and back molds, and the specific size depends on the die design dimensions.

 

Ⅳ. code mold screw hole


1, each set of molds must be in the dynamic floor, fixed mold panel open mold hole.

2, hole spacing size should be determined according to the injection type


V. Top hole


1. The top of the moving mold must have a large enough top hole, diameter Φ25~40mm

2, small mold only need to open a top hole, the middle mold must open three top hole above, large-size mold that is required to open five holes.

3, the top hole diameter and position according to the actual size of the injection molding machine (design size)


Ⅵ. positioning ring


1, each set of mold must be equipped with a positioning ring (ie, positioning flange) for mold positioning

2, the size of the positioning ring should be determined according to the injection molding machine wall aperture

3, the diameter of the positioning ring diameter is 0.2 ~ 0.4mm, the height of the protruding mold panel is minimum 8 ~ 10mm

4. The standard size of the positioning ring (flange) of the mold and the plate is 100mm-0.20^-0.40mm


Ⅶ. first reset the device


1. When the thimble cylinder interferes with the row ejector, a mold must be provided on the mold and the ejector plate must not be reset by the spring to prevent the spring from failing. The row (pulling core) and thimble cylinder Collisions.

 

2. The stroke switch must be installed between the ejector plate and the moving plate to ensure that the device can be powered and closed after the device is reset.


Ⅷ. thimble plate guide column guide sleeve


1, the length of the thimble plate is 12 or more, or the middle of the mold is in the middle


2, configure more small thimble and diameter below 2mm

 

3, configuration more Division tube (10 or more)


4. In the above three situations, four guide posts and guide sleeves must be added on the ejector plate to ensure that the ejector pin balances out the plastic parts smoothly.


Ⅸ. thimble plate spring bow

X. Automatic dehydration device


1. The thin nozzle die (three-plate die) must be equipped with pull rods, pull bars or return pins to ensure that the nozzle plate and the A plate move to the nozzle automatically.


2, drawing material thickness 10mm or more than 12mm

 

3, pull the screw diameter can not be less than 8-14mm


4, using the B board (moving template) surface is equipped with 4 nylon nails (Nylon pull machine), the effect of safe, reliable, economical and practical.


ⅩⅠ. thimble motion


1. It must be ensured that the beer is reliably ejected on any occasion and that it is not resetting before other mold parts are interfering with other mold parts.

 

2. When the top is ejected, the beer cannot be deformed. The top white and stuck phenomenon are quickly ejected and the thimble mark does not affect the appearance quality of the beer.

 

3, the top should be balanced and very smooth, there can be no tilt plate phenomenon, the top should not produce noise

 

4. After the ejection is completed, the ejector pin should be automatically retracted (except for special molds).


ⅩⅡ. line action


1. The slider (line position) action should be smooth and smooth, guarantee that the shape will not change, and no dead action, unevenness, looseness, etc. can occur;

 

2. The large slider sliding surface should be open with an oil groove;

3, large slider must have cooling waterways;

4. HVE6 should be used for the slider and the slider part, and it should not be too loose;

 

5. If the sliding length of slide block is too long, it must be guided on the mold base. Usually, the length of the sliding part should be about 1.5 times of the width. When the core is pulled, the slider must fit in the guide groove. The sliding part of the 2/3 tube in the guide chute;

 

6. The clearance between the inclined guide post hole and the inclined guide post must be more than 0.2mm, which prohibits the same large match;

 

7. The angle of the inclination guide column is less than 2 degrees from the clamping surface of the row position. The clamping block of the large slider must extend into the lower mold 15-20mm to interlock the back pressure with a 10 degree slope.

 

8. The cavity of the round face slider combination, the angle between the longitudinal direction and the clamping surface of the sliding block, and the angle of the inclination column are respectively different by 2 degrees. The same degree of inhibition is prohibited. The final positioning of the slider above the mold must be pushed or pulled by the slingshot. In the form of beads can not be used, in order to avoid the slider in the mold hit the tight block and the inclined guide column.

 

9. All wearable surfaces must be equipped with wear plates, with a length of ≥ 30mm and a width of ≥ 50mm. The fine row and row pressure plates need to be quenched and hardened by more than 52 degrees, and the big row bits are nitrided or hardened according to the requirements before the mold opening.

 

ⅩⅢ. hanging mold hole


1. Smaller molds A and B are made with hanging screw holes on the board;

2. All molds of large molds are made with hanging screw holes, or both sides are required.


ⅩⅣ. channel shape


1. In principle, O-shaped (circular) channels are used;


2. The trapezoidal channel is used in special circumstances;


3, the size of the cross section of the channel mouth is usually based on the size of the product, the inner cavity of the mold is determined by the number of sides, and the specific size is determined according to the mold design drawing;


4. The shape of the channel mouth is various in style. Usually there are flat type, flat type, point-pour type, submersible type, and three-four-pronged point-type pouring. The specific material crossing size is positive and negative with the actual product size, and the flow should be distributed when opening the crossing. Evenly, the farther away from the main road is, the farther the mouth is, the larger the mouth is, and the point of pouring is to keep the navel in principle. The mouth of the navel should generally be flush with the water to open the slope of the crossing so as not to increase the auxiliary manual workload after the glue is separated from the nozzle.
